Down 30 lbs- photo evidence!
On the left is last night and on the right was before I started optifast! I've lost 30 lbs, a total of ~25 inches, 8 of which are from my waist. I see the biggest difference in my face. Happy for my tool!

4th Referral: October 2017 Orientation: April 2018 Pre-op: July 16th Surgery: July 24th!

You can definitely see it in your waist and face. I do think that the bigger smile should be on your after pic because you are doing great.

Definitely see it in your face, I sometimes find myself thinking whose that stranger in the mirror? especially when all of a sudden I had collar bones. You're doing great.
