What are you eating/doing this Wednesday?
My one year old niece had the same issue after she was born, it took a few weeks before she started gaining weight really steadily (she's in perfect health now with a hearty appetite). I know my sister was very glad to have gone through a midwife, since they are so supportive of breastfeeding and good at figuring out strategies for these kinds of things.

That's great. It always helps when you feel good about the care you're receiving.

I lost 100% of my excess weight.
Currently re-comping body/losing vanity pounds prior to plastics.
I love chia seeds, they're so tasty! In a couple of weeks I'll be cleared for seeds, and I'm looking forward to adding them to my protein shakes again.

You should be OK to drink decaf coffee. If you are a coffee drinker now would be a good time to start decaf. Your menu looks good for pre-op. Good catch on the BBQ sauce. The lower your carbs now, the less your side effects when you start OPTI.

Be blessed all, and ill be back in the swing and posting up a storm soon again.

That must be very hectic, but as you say, great for getting in activity. Your menus and progress are a real inspiration, corriev. Hope the moves are going smoothly and that you'll get some R&R time when it's all done.
