Those are great goals. For me my goals have evolved since WLS. I started feeling stronger and that evolved into building more muscle. I became less tired during a workout and that evolved into building stamina. Continuing to challenge myself to see how far I can take this old body towards fitness is the goal I most care about now. That and getting really good numbers with my bloodwork.

Good goals. I'm always in awe of the folks who do the CN Tower stair climb.

Mine are:

  • Increased energy
  • Get back into stuff I used to love: yoga, power walking, spinning, swimming
  • Get into a regular weight lifting routine for strong muscles
  • Healthy blood pressure
  • Healthy bloodwork
