What are you eating/doing this Wednesday?

It brings back so many memories of when my son was a little boy and Hanson was his favourite. I think I must have listened to this song a thousand times lol

Thanks for the laugh, I've been humming it all damn day.

Mmmbop is the best song in the history of the world. :D Especially the versions they put out when they were older. That song always cheers me up!

I'm a delinquent, I know. Trust me, I'm trying. lol

I'm glad you had a great birthday :)

Morning - 2 cups full caf coffee w/ cream (not a "breakfast", just what I had first.)

S - Premier protein shake ( can't believe I'm still doing this really lol)

L - great lunch - I had made a meat/veggie pasta sauce, so I had that (not in the mood for pasta) 2/3 C, topped it with parm petals - delish and very filling

S - cucumber slices (my assistant has like 23 cucumber plants in her garden, we get them everyday lol), then I had a muffin-tin sized "egg bite" (crustless quiche)

D - 4 oz chicken breast topped with homemade salsa and 2 oz cheddar (I know, a lotta cheese, oh well, yum)

S - nuttin. I don't do snacks real well in the evening. I get full from a meal and it seems to last.

Happy hump-day ;)

Happy Hump Day. It's in your nature to be a delinquent Karen. It's why we love you. You are one of the cutest, kindest delinquents that I know ( and you also make the stylishly dressed list, I loved the long summer dress you wore to Clarkson). You have made us converts. If we don't misbehave occasionally, how will we create memories for our old age?

Well, yes - you're right. I am kind a delinquent in many ways lol Not with my food regimen though. Some things just seem to "stick" over the years. Most likely a good thing. Otherwise I'd be a total delinquent. And not very likely "like-able". ;)

You would always be like-able. In your absence, many here have asked about you, sung your praises, tried to pay it forward because of you. Myself included. Just do a search and you will see how loved you are. There was fear that you might have left to live in the Highlands and create artisan shortbread. Living on love and cheap hooch.

Daisy, Pat, Birdie would like to do a meet-up in the fall. Possibly Clarkson?
