Received My Surgery Date....
Hi Everyone,
I just received my surgery date for September 17th at HRH. I'm not sure if I'm excited or nervous but I know my heart is beating like crazy. Three weeks of OptiFast will start on August 27th. Thats only two weeks away! Wow, I cant believe that I'm so close. Bring it on, I'm ready!

Thank you. Yes I have lost a little by just making the necessary lifestyle changes for the future road ahead. Pop was a very big one for me, I was having 3 or 4 a day, even though the majority of it was diet, it still played a big part of the unhealthy food choices I ate with it. I am proud to say I have not have a carbonated beverage since March 4th and have been replaced with water.

That is definitely an accomplishment. For me it was coffee...but not just good ole black coffee it had cream and sweetener. Apparently Tim Horton's cream is 22% 
and sometimes it was two a day. The detox from coffee was unbelievable so I can only imagine what you went through with soda.
