Good afternoon!

Ginny, hope you have a fabulous and relaxing time on vacation! I'm jealous of your rain, here in Kingston it's extremely muggy but no rain yet so far. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the promised thunder storm.

Today's menu:

Breakfast: 14g cheddar cheese & a tbsp hummus

Lunch: 1/8 cup marinara sauce with ground beef (pureed), 20g fresh mozzarella, 20g parmigiano reggiano, 4 slices PC Genoa salami

Snack: Protein shake (egg white protein powder, water, ice, SF flavouring)

Dinner: Protein shake

All vitamins and water

Calories: 549, Protein: 71.5g, Carbs: 8.1g, Net Carbs: 7.3, Fat: 22.8g

Hi CC, yes thank goodness! Took over 4 hours and a few new parts but it's up and running again. I saw in your post you're still sweating it out, not fun and I feel for you. It's impossible to sleep when it's so muggy, all the fans do is stir the hot air around.

Do you know when your AC will be operational again? Forecast is supposed to get a little bit cooler overnight, I think, starting tonight. Hopefully you'll get some relief soon!
