Prenatal vitamins for wls patients?
I just bought some! I was going to get some of the Centrum 50+ too, but the picture on the bottle looked exactly like the Celebrate vitamins and just the look of it made me feel ill. So I stuck with the Jamieson Prenatal. The apple cranberry smells pretty nice.

Checked with dietitian at TWH and she said they do not have the Jamieson prenatal chew (cranberry apple) on our list because it is too low in vitamin A.

I also found wrapping my head around the vitamins to be quite challenging. It took me a while to figure it out. I don't take any chewable so not sure I can help. I do find the pills easier to swallow than I used to.
Like several other posters, i take the prenatal from Costco. In fact, i get all my vitamins at Costco.

I need to utilize my Costco membership more. I'm not always so keen on shopping there, because it's always so crowded and I get overwhelmed by all the choice. Not to mention my sugar addict brain goes bananas at the sight of boxes of cookies the size of a refrigerator. I think learning to shop at Costco and not losing my mind will be an important part of my wl journey

The ability to buy Premiere Protein is the reason I got a membership in the first place. Then it turned out I have an allergy to cow's whey protein! Grrrr.
Lots of good stuff still to be had at Costco, though.
