There can I buy sugar free Popsicles and Freezies?
Walmart in Ontario had sugar free freezies, no idea if they do near you but worth a shot.

Yep, I was going to say Walmart for freezies. They're "MrFreeze" brand (no sugar added), and come in a big box, unfrozen. They're in the aisle with the bottled water. I think you can even order them online from Walmart and have them delivered.
There's a great homemade popsicle recipe- make up SF jello as you normally would with hot and cold water, then add 3 individual tubes of Crystal Lite crystals, pour into molds and freeze. Delicious, but they can be tough to get out of the molds once frozen.
As for store bought popsicles, I've been looking for those myself without success.
