If you make an effort to do something every single day, no matter how awkward you are at the start, you'll get better at it. You have to. You couldn't walk when you first started out so long ago. Now you walk all the time. It's not a big deal. It takes time and practice to establish new, healthier habits. But, have faith you will get better. Be conscious today of the new habits you are creating and practice them.

Well said!! Starting out really can be difficult. For me, whether it's the activity itself, or "finding time" for what I'm wanting to do but avoiding... yes, it takes time and practice to establish the change. Believing it is possible is half the battle. :)
