Oh, the QOTD: Yes definitely camping, walking the dogs and baseball!! Oh and Can Jam - its a frisbee game we play when camping, so much fun! And one of my favorites is just lazing in my swing chair reading a book! Exercise for the mind!

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.

Rolled out of bed and on to the treadmill - lol I wear a cotton T back bralette to bed and it has enough support for treadmill walking - the only prob is that my own morning breath can sometimes scare me!

Breakfast smoothie - creamsicle( greek yogo/orange/flax seeds/kefir/spinach/

lunch - apple slices, nuts, and cheese

snack - cottage cheese or chicken

supper - pork chop and applesauce

Cals 841 prot 68 carbs 58 fat 43

too much fat not enough protein too many carbs but I am going grocery shopping this afternoon so tomorrow will be better!

Opti Wt Nov 4/17 226 lbs BMI 45 Sx Wt 212 lbs RNY surgery Nov 23/17 M1 -18 M2-9 M3-10 M4-8 M5-6 M6-7 M7-6 M8-3 M9-1(so far) Down to within one pound of my goal and 99 lbs down from my highest weight. I was not a fast loser but who cares as long as you get there! I know the newbies check the trackers and the signatures so although I kind of lost track of how the rest of the weight came off, you should know that it was not fast and furious but it was slow and steady!

current BMI 24.7 that, my friends, is NORMAL!!! Strong is the new pretty!

Wow, Rosie you really started exercising early. I scared myself in yoga doing a downward dog and looked at my boobs (avert your gaze Corrie). I was wearing a sports bra that almost contained the girls.

I'm a day late but I'll post anyway. My favourite summer activity is kayaking hands down. This year I will feel like I fit better too! I am hoping to get on my bicycle soon for the first time in years. Today i am going to the beach with some girlfriends with my protein water and a good book!

B - Greek yogurt, fruit, granola I was hungry all day the day before so this time I made a larger breakfast and it took me all morning to eat at my desk

L- rice/quinoa crackers with laughing cow cheese

S- protein drink

S - city chicken, 1/8 veggie stuffed red pepper

It is actually a pork shishkabob with a little breading on it and very slow cooked.
