Optifast Medcial Program ~ Sudbury ON

Looking to connect with others that have or are going through this program :)

I went through the program almost 3 years ago and lost 50 lbs. Great support system especially from the kinesiologiat, nutritionist and social worker. I ended up gaining the weight back and was ashamed to go back to the support groups.

I have since lost the 50lbs again on my own using what I learned. I have now moved to the surgery program since I need the surgery to hopefully stop me from the yo-yo weight loss and weight gain. The surgery is not a solution to it but a tool that hopefully will work with lifestyle changes.
