Hi all!

I'm a year out on the 25th and 200 lbs down (wooo!) and I've been struggling with feeling sluggi****ake all my vitamins and eat properly. Someone recommended adaptogens. Has anyone here been taking them? How was your results?

Happy Mother's Day!

Try adding some B12 and D3 into your vitamin regimen if you don't already. You can always see about getting a blood test down to determine if you are low in anything too.

Congratulations on your success!!

Are you going for your two year f/u at your centre? I would strongly urge you to get your labs done and go for your f/u and discuss your energy with the professionals at your Centre. They should be able to help you.

I would not suggest you add vitamins on your own without the consent/approval or the nurse practitioner at your Centre or a doctor.

I hope you get the answers you need. Feel great and energetic soon.

Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. Choose happy.
