Pain was pretty bad for 3 - 4 days, I had stronger paid meds which helped, (ended up not using all of the 3 day supply then sent me home with) sleeping on my side helped a bit, but it just took a few days to get the gas out.

Poor baby I hope you are feeling better today. That should pain is the weirdest thing I ever experienced. I have no special tips or tricks just wanted to offer a "poor baby" as we call it in my family.

I was not a fast loser but who cares as long as you get there! I know the newbies check the trackers and the signatures so although I kind of lost track of how the rest of the weight came off, you should know that it was not fast and furious but it was slow and steady!

current BMI 24.7 that, my friends, is NORMAL!!! Strong is the new pretty!

Get your head lower than your knees. Either carefully bend over or lie in bed and let your head hang off the edge.

Gas rises and if your head is the highest opening it will travel and try to escape your mouth.

When your butt is the hI guest openings Nguyen it will escape there.

Congats on your surgery. I found the gas to be the worst thing about the surgery. I tried walking, pain meds, nothing helped. The only thing I found that helped was getting my husband to rub the area of pain. For me it was mostly on both sides under my ribs. He would massage the area and every time I would burp about 3 times and feel much better until the next bout. lol Hope this helps.
