Protein Up, Carb Down
Wondering what everyone thinks of these flatbread wraps I found at Walmart. They are still higher in carbs than I would like to see but my thought was I could have a half of one, it's all I could eat anyway, and that would half the carbs. There's a lot of fibre and a good amount of protein. I didn't want to try it until I had checked in with others, I'm curious to see taste okay.

I cant comment on how it will fit your macros but IMO they taste great. I use them regularly.

Thanks! I don't know how they'll fit in to my macros yet either lol. I haven't really figured out what they should look like yet but currently keeping carbs under 20 grams but sometimes go up to 30. Glad to hear they taste good...noting worse then finding a "great" product that then tastes like cardboard.

I saw these and wondered how they'd taste too, because of the higher fibre content should be okay but I'm not quite as low carb as some, I bought the mini presidents choice tortillas, 2 for 90 calories for those days when I really want some type of sandwich type thing, I keep in freezer and peel of 1 to add to my lunch, maybe when I've finished them I might try these. Could be a while though I'm still working on my Weigh****chers bread from 2 months ago.

You're right good fibre content, keeping my carbs very low but that means minimal fibre so this could help. I'll probably freeze them too!

I have had these in the roasted red pepper flavour and they were good. I used 1/2 of one for a thin flatbread with cheese and pepperoni. Have also made a garlic style flatbread - olive oil, lots of fresh garlic, asiago, mozzarella.
