Don't Give Up!
While I was sitting in the waiting room at a doctor's office, I picked up a newsletter that was written for diabetes patients. In light of a few people here (including myself) that seem to be struggling I thought I would share this quote. I think it may be helpful:
"Stay positive and embrace imperfection. It's easy to give up on yourself when you feel like you've failed, but remember to see the bigger picture. We all experience setbacks, but it is important not to give up...Stay positive, refocus, and create a plan to get back on track. Embrace imperfection, and move forward knowing that your response to adversity will be what determines your overall success."

Nice positive words. This journey sure can be difficult sometimes.
Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. Choose happy.
