Just got back from Skin Removal Surgery in Havana Cuba!
You're welcome - it was a bit scary heading off to Cuba by myself for surgery - but I am so glad I chose this option!
I feel like my recovery was/ is really a non issue compared to others

i really had no pain at all - they gave me pain killers in the clinic - and then I just took Tylenol when I left - I didn't fill the prescription they gave me (the nurse gave me that advice)

Pre-Op=8.8lbs --- Optifast= 8.4 (was on it for 9 days due to cancellation)
M1 - 20.6... M2 -10.2... M3 -8.0... M4 -5.8... M5 -9.0... M6 -5.2... M7 -7.0... M8 -2.2... M9 -0.9... M10 -2.6... M11-0.6... M12-2.0
I'm doing great!
The results are developing bit by bit every day - I am surprised at how things have progressed - hard to believe its me in the mirror...lol
I'm still a bit swollen - especially the muscle between belly button and pubic area - and the skin has not fully re-attached to the muscle - so still a bit puffy - but they say that takes 6 months to a year.
Very happy with the results
No regrets at all - would do it all over again if I had to.
I love hearing peoples reactions when they see me - I am not used to all the attention - it makes me smile :)
