What are you eating/doing today? (Wednesday)
When you first start lowering carbs, for a day or two you may have flu like symptoms, but they pass quickly and you should start to see results. You are still fairly new post-op, I was thinking you are over a year out when I read the original date, lol. You sleeve is still healing, so take it easy with dense proteins in the beginning. The best advice that I have read on this site, is to add foods slowly and to try them at home first. You don't want to be in public and have issues with a new food. You've got this girl.
