Good morning Gang! I needed more hours this morning. I got up tired and wanted to just sit and chill but no could do! Hit the gym and did 5 kms on the elliptical.
Gym Fuel - 1 small banana
B - can of tuna
S - Skyr yogurt with 2 oz blueberries
L - cobb salad
S - 1 devilled egg, 4 slices deli turkey
D - shepperds pie
Cal 1242, Carbs 55, Protein 127

I bough a package at sobeys, at only 19 calories and 4 carbs I thought it would make a good pizza base. It worked well, can see myself using these more.
