Good morning Gang! Late to the party because I had to have blood work. While the trees look so pretty this morning I wasn't happy to see the snow, again!

5 kms at the gym this morning and not too much on the go for the day.

Post Op 23+ mos

B1 - premier protein

B2 - english muffin, 1 egg, 1 slice cheese

S - greek yogurt, 2 oz blueberries

L - chicken burger, tomato/cucumber salad

S - cajun turkey, HB egg

D - farmers sausage

Total Cal 1362, Carbs 105, Protein 104

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Good morning Ginny. It definitely feels like winter out there this morning. Karen I hope you come back and start posting I think we could help each other as we had surgery so close. 5 weeks post op.

B - premier protein, decaf coffee

L - ½ can tuna, 1 tbsp lite mayo & one pickle

s- cheese stick

D - 1/3 to 1/2 cup chili

cal 495 Protein 60 Carbs 20

All vit and will try for 2L water

Orientation July, Surgeon consult Sept, Internist Nov, RD/RSW/RN Dec.
