TWH- vitamins. Patches or pills

Hello just wondering what the best vitamins are. Can you please tell me what you use for the first phase which are chewables and then for regular pills after?

i gather we need calcium and multivitamins (chewables to start.

anyone use the patches? If so is the shipping decent to Canada and what is cheaper?

After surgery for the rest of our lives we need:

2 multivitamins a day (must have 1mg of Copper) DO NOT TAKE WITH CALCIUM if you multi has Iron in it

36mg of Iron daiily (MUST BE CARBONYL or HEME Iron)

3 - 500mg of Calcium daily, MUST BE Calcium CITRATE - DON'T TAKE WITH MULTI if it has Iron. Spread out 2-3 hours apart

1000IU of Vitamin D - 3 times a day - you CAN take with Calcium

1000mg of B12 - sublingual (1 pill every other day)

I personally use the patches from PatchMD. I get the multi, iron, B12 and VitD & Calcium (2 in 1) patches

With shipping and US to CDN dollar conversion it costs me $81 a month, the patches last 30 days.

I love the patches are my labs are great. I put them on the AM after my shower and good for the day

I use pills. I have no problem swallowing. They don't break my budget. I carry a small supply with me in my purse and have reminders set on my phone. I find it easy enough... I always have water with me anyway!!!

For the first 8 weeks, yes, I did chewables. :)
