Oddly funny
So I'm sitting here at work doing my thing when I look at my desk and I just found this oddly funny. I'm used to having something on my desk to nibble on during the afternoon hours. Today I have the choice of a decaf coffee, water or beef broth. My shake isn't due for another hour. Aahh, 1 1/2 more weeks to go
Orientation- May 2017, Pre nutrition class- Aug 2017, Blood work- Aug 2017. RPN meeting- Sept 2017. Dietician and Psychiatrist Dec 2017. Internist- Dec 2017. Meet the Surgeon Feb 20th 2018. VSG surgery march 17, 2018 with Dr. Gmora
I would have a jello in the afternoon for snack if I really felt like it, also depending on the hours you're working I'd have a before lunch shake around 11 and another around 3.

I don't drink tea or coffee. So it's only water or Opti for me! :(
Guelph only allows 1 cup of broth per day and I rarely even have that so no sugar free Jell-o for me. The ice cold shakes are making me freezing though. But the light is getting brighter at the end of the tunnel!!
Good luck to us.
I was always cold on Opti too, and wasn't allowed herbal tea or coffee for my second and third week of opti, so I tried hot lemon water with a bit of Splenda and it worked wonders for warming me up. It tasted good too. I just put a slice of lemon and a half tsp on Splenda in a mug and microwaved it because I was too lazy to boil it on the stove every time I wanted some.
