It's a tough road for sure, but 10 days in you got this! Try adding some extra broth or sf jello if you can have it. Good luck!

I know it's hard but you can do this try adding more water or other things you can have it's probably mostly head hunger at this point but that doesn't make it any less real

I'm right behind you on day 8. I was so consumed about food that I snapped at my husband for talking about what he had for dinner. I was so upset with myself for doing it afterwards. Last night I dreamed of a buffet. So I got up and drank some water. Worst hunger craving so far!

It's hard but you're doing great; you've got this. When the cravings got too much for me, I tried to distract myself with movies, reading, crafts, video games, walks...anything. I found binge watching videos on YouTube from the weight loss surgery community really helped to keep me motivated. Don't start looking at recipes though; I did and it drove me crazy, lol.
