Thanks. Bring biotene when you come. Mouth is so dry it's painful but you only get ice chips for first 24 hours and they say just a bit. Hope it helps. Glad I saw somewhere to bring it.

Thank you all for the well wishes. Apparently the surgery went well. I'm In quite a bit of pain and have to stay on top of asking for the meds as they don't just bring them every four hours and I woke up in more pain past the time. As for sipping apparently not here, first 24hrs it's nothing by mouth. Thankfully they have let me have ice chips and I bought some biotine so that has been a bit of a godsend. Hoping all my healing comes off without a hitch tomorrow so I can go home Wednesday.

I've walked three times so far, first two were rough, this morning was a bit better. It's the getting up that hurts the most.
