Good morning :)
My only appointment today is a dentist appointment -- yay :( lol. My other plan today is to deep clean the living room. Now that I'm feeling better I'm trying to get things back in order :)
Post-op two years, eleven months.
Breakfast - protein bar
Snack - apple and pb
Lunch - cheese sandwich
Snack - egg salad
Dinner - pork roast
Snack - pudding
All water and vits.
Damn system ate my post.
Was up early and got a little more gym time in. Ramped up my speed and got 6KMS in.
I have been MIA from here for a bit, and if the system continues to eat my posts that might continue!!
Anyway 22+ mos post op
B1 premier protein caramel shake
B2 1/2 everything bagel, 1 egg, 1 slice cheese
S 100 gr cucumber and 2 slices deli turkey
L - chicken stirfry (4 oz chicken and veg)
S - 55 gr old cheddar, 4 triscuits
D - chicken cordon swiss
Total Cal 1096, Carbs 57, Protein 110
Have a great day.
Just curious, I've been finding these post interesting as I head into surgery Monday, but I'm surprised how many protein shakes/balls/bars everyone is still having is this the norm? Also are you really eating things like pork roast with no veggies for dinner?
Thanks

It is working for me and keeping me on track. I am a year out and have lost 105 pounds and have been maintaining since December. The protein balls I eat are made with real food - oats, seeds, peanut butter, powder. Everyone needs to find their own happy.
