Jeans!
Some of you may remember my trip to the DKNY store in December where the sales person persuaded me to try on a size 12 pair of jeans and they fit! Well...they are so baggy now that I can slip them off without undoing the zipper!
My...how times have changed!
This morning I returned a few pairs of pants for my son at Mark's work wear house. I noticed that they had a sale on women's jeans so decided to try on a few size 10's to see if they would fit. ...they were too big. So... I tried on size 8's. Every one fit! I decided not to buy any though because I do have a pair of Levi's I bought the same time as the size 12 DKYN's that were pretty snug at the time. Today the Levi's are my comfy jeans, so I will wear them for now. Maybe once I am a few more sizes down, then I will invest in a pair of jeans.
Also, it's funny but when I was a size 18, I really had to justify that I looked ok in jeans. Today when trying on the size 8, even though they fit, I couldn't help noticing how big my ass was in them! lol!. Wow...wonder how I really looked in the 18's!!
So much to get use to...

Our minds really play tricks. I'm certain your ass does not look big in them!! But yes... there is a lot to get used to.

I had to smile when I read your post. It took me about 3 years until it clicked in my head and I finally realized - yes I'm slim!
This triggered a saleswoman in a fashion store which also leads oversized dresses. Even when I was slim - I always went to the corner with the oversized clothes. Then one day, the nice lady said to me - if you take too big clothes in the changing room again - I will not go and grab any smaller sizes for you 
That's the first time I've understood what I've achieved.
