Where do you buy the SF flavourings?

A few options. Plain old extracts from places like bulk barn, loblaws, maybe michaels in the cake decorating section. I found coconut extract my favourite but others I've liked include hazelnut, peppermint, raspberry and orange. You can also just buy the sugar free crystal light/mio type squeezies or powder, just double check they are sugar free (I had ones that said naturally sweetened, turned out it was cane sugar, don't use those). Crystal light brand is good as is loblaws brand. The other option which I've also used but is sweeter is the sugar free coffee flavouring syrups you can buy at winners and maybe Walmart in the coffee aisle. Mine are Torani. Happy hunting. Definitely find something, it gets repetitive after awhile so nice it change it up.

you're doing great!

If you like pina colada's (and getting caught in the rain - LOL) check out Crystal Light Aloha Pineapple. Its a squeeze in liquid. I used it with vanilla optifas****er and ice and it was a nice 'treat'.

I am new to the forum, and in the few hours of browsing I have gained a wealth of knowledge. Im am super excited about my journey ahead. I start my optifast on the 20th Feb for surgery on the 6 March ( lucky I only have two weeks) > One question, your daily intake is about 900 calories on the optifast, Surely by 7 pm you have no more energy left and you go to bed early? i assume the energy levels are very low.

I personally don't find it that bad. I do have less energy than before, but it hasn't really stopped me in my day-to-day life.

Before the Olympics, I was going to bed around 9:30 and sleeping very well.

I have my shakes at 8:30am, 1:00pm, 5:30pm, and 9:00pm (give or take 30 minutes or so).
