Century Club and Onederland in month 7!!
Look at you go! I'm thrilled to have only two weeks left too lol. Another extract to try is coconut with the chocolate opti. It's reallllyy good. I can drink the chocolate plain but prefer flavoured. The vanilla however...if that isn't masked I can't get it down. It's soooo chalky, the chocolate seems to mix in so much smoother. We can do it. Only two more weeks!!!!

Me too! I bought two vanilla boxes and four chocolate. I'm only getting three shakes in to me daily though so hoping to leave the second box of vanilla closed lol.

You should try to get all 4 in you daily. Space them out further apart. I had them at 8 am, noon, 4 pm and 8 pm.
Have lots of water in between. Good luck!

Century Club and Onederland in month 7!!
I am having them at around 9,1 and 6:30...I only seem to get a little hungry before the dinner one. Even if I do that one around 5 I still only want some jello or a popsicle later in the evening. But getting a fourth in seems impossible because my body just doesn't want another shake after dinner. Do you think there's something not good that will happen if I don't get all four in? I figured it just meant less calories and ketosis would thrive. I felt really weak on the weekend but now my body has stabilized to it and trying to push more is blahh...no appetite for it.

I would check with your Centre, if you haven't already. I am not a medical expert. From what I understand, it's about getting the right balance of minerals and enough calories to sustain you during the Opti phase. Each pack only has I think 170-ish calories - so that's a huge percentage of daily calories you're missing out on by not getting one in a day.
Post surgery, you will be really restricted and eating very little. Here's the thing though: be careful - this is not about creating a starvation diet. I could be wrong but what I sort of "hear" you say is that "if 4 Opti is good, 3 must be better". That's not true. The centre says 4 for our health. Post surgery we have to eat too. The weight WILL come off. Trust me. It will come off fast. But do not get sick in the process!!
If I'm wrong, my apologies... I just want health and success for all. :)

I did wonder about the four piece but assumed if my body was needing the extra calories it would be hungry. It's probably just a brain thing with not wanting any more shakes in. I wasn't intentionally trying to create a starvation type thing but yes once I couldn't get a fourth one in I did think well three is better than four I guess calorie wise. The center suggested I try breaking the last one in to two parts, one mid-day, one later evening. We shall see.
