Hello everyone,
I had a date with my husband last night and went to a comedy show. We did go out for dinner and I had a Greek salad with Tandoori chicken. I only ate the feta cheese and chicken with a couple of olives and a little of the cucumber and tomato. That was the extent of my carb consumption.
B - protein shake
S - Armstrong cheese stick
L - lean ground beef with cheddar and salsa (3/4 cup)
D - Scrambled eggs and peameal bacon.
I'm taking a 93 year old friend out for Shrove Tuesday pancakes. He lives on his own and his son visited with him a couple of weeks ago to celebrate his birthday early (from Winnipeg). As much as I love pancakes, I will covet his knowing that they won't be on the menu for me anytime soon - and I'm soooooo okay with that.
Calories: 790, Protein: 90, Carbs. 14. All water and still haven't gotten my multi-vitamins.
