What are you eating/doing today? (Thursday)
Good morning everyone. A bit of a late start for me today. Last night DH and I went to see a movie, so I decided to sleep in.
Today I am going to the gym and then I have meetings for most of the afternoon.
Accountability: I was doing so well until we got home from the movie, and then 1 snack turned into 2.

Good morning :)
I would like to try going grocery shopping this morning. I'm still not tolerating real food, but I'm trying to eat it anyways because I need the nutrients.
Post-op two years, eleven months.
Breakfast - Greek yogurt, cereal
Snack - apple, PB
Lunch - chicken, maybe some veg
Snack - maybe soup
Dinner - tbd
All water and vits.
Meg, my heart goes out to you. I would never normally recommend this on a WLS forum, but what about a PC veggie lasagna, the one with the cream sauce. I don't think your pouch can handle the acid from a tomato sauce. Or maybe a chicken alfredo from the prepared meals area. You could add some extra cheese.

No one is tired of listening to you, you are not a broken record. We are worried about you. I'm hoping that the morning sickness finishes soon. It's OK if you can only eat something for one meal. at least you are eating something. Give the rest to your hubby. Tell him to take one for the team.
