Surgery tomorrow but I'm coming down with something
Hey Joe, the pamphlet I got from my hospital said that if your health changes or if you don't feel well, you should call the surgeon as soon as possible. At my pre-admin appointment though, the nurse said they don't worry too much about mild colds.

You'd be surprised how many times I have read here that people get sick just before surgery. It happened to me as well. Everything went ahead with my surgery. Good luck tomorrow and remember as soon as you are able, walk, sip, toot, repeat. I have saved you a nice spot on the loser's bench.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
Get as much rest as you can and try not to stress. Stress will make any of us feel under the weather.
