Good morning gang! It was so light out when I left the gym this morning, I love it! Days are getting longer. and this mild weather. Oh Yeah!

I have had a couple real crappy days at work this week, I don't even want to come any more.

Post Op 21+ mos

B1 - premier protein shake

B2 - chili

S - 51 gr old cheese, 4 triscuits

L - cobb salad

S - greek yogurt

D - shepperds pie

Total Cal 1392, Carbs 73, Protein 124

Have a good day, I'm certainly going to try!

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Good morning everyone.

Ginny I hope your work days get better.

I woke up really hungry today, which is odd. I normally have to force breakfast down, but not today!

Here is my plan for the day:

all water and vits - one hour of swimming/water aerobics this evening.

B - 1/2 english muffin with 50 gr of prosciutto, decaf coffee

S - 1.5 oz of grilled chicken breast

L - 1 cup of home made beef pasta sauce (love this)

S - half a pepperette and 30 grams of old lite cheddar

D - 1 cup of home made beef pasta sauce

S - after swimming premium protein shake.

I normally go to bed after midnight, but I am noticing since I went back home and spent 2 weeks with my parents I go to be earlier and for some reason can't stay up until 10:30 anymore. I guess this is a good thing since I start work at 7:00 am. So I think this added sleep can help with my lifestyle. Anyone else have have a regular sleep pattern?

What is in your beef pasta sauce? Sounds good.

Hi Monica.

I use: extra lean ground beef, chopped onions, red pepper, green pepper, carrot and mushroom two cans of tomato sauce, garlic, Italian seasoning, cayenne pepper, bay leaves, bit of water and of course more garlic. That is it. I don't really measure anything but there is nothing in it I can't have. I have a cup at a time which is not really a full cup of ground beef, it is a cup of everything - I log it on my fitness pal as: 1/2 cup of meat pasta sauce and 85 grams of extra lean cooked ground beef for a total of 172 calories. I am not one to break down recipes and figure out the exact calorie and nutritional values. I know I should but I don't.

Sorry work is crappy Ginny. I am having a s***storm of a morning here. I have no car (the service kept my car overnight because they can't figure it out), no plan yet for meals, and so many calls that are coming in that I don't want to answer the phone, lol.

I will check back in later today when I have my act together. I will not eat my feelings. I will make it to the gym at some point today, even if it's at midnight.

CENTURY CLUB MEMBER at 6 months post-op.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.

Being lazy again today, really need to get my butt in gear :/

B- Edge protein cereal with unsweetened almond milk. (tried something new today)

S- Apple and Peanut butter

L- Protein shake (gonna switch it up to lunch today and see how that goes)

S- Almond date roll
