I DO love optifast! I DO!
I'm just kidding.
This stuff sucks.
Like cardboard infused, liquid playdough.
I'm drinking 2-3/day instead of 4 so far. I'm trying. It's not the lack of food, but the taste.
I figured that if maybe I go around chanting "I DO love optifast! I DO!" to myself, then maybe it will happen.
Wishful thinking, I know.

I didn't mind it. Try to drink it as cold as possible. And jazz it up a bit with no sugar added flavour syrups.

I added decaf coffee crystals to mine just to make it less sweet. Lots of ice helped too.

Tell me about it! I'm on day 2 and I agree they taste terrible. I added some skinny syrup and it helped but seriously 14 days of this! That's just cruel!
