What are you eating/doing today? (Wednesday)
Happy Hump Day everyone. We weren't able to see the Blue/Red moon last night because of the cloud cover, but I hope that some of you did.
Yesterday was not as productive as I had hoped. I did get together with my friend for lunch but the rest of the day sucked. No gym or swimming yesterday ;(.
Hoping today goes according to plan. Swimming this morning, then yoga, then the gym. This afternoon I have to take the car in for service again because the problem is still there. After $2K to fix the problem, and it's hasn't changed a thing, they will feel the wrath of a woman that does Gentle Yoga.
The eats today at 3.5 years post-op are:
B. Rivers of decaf throughout the day. Half of an egg/bacon sandwich
S. Chicken skewer with a little tzatziki.
L. Costco rotisserie chicken salad
S. Crab stuffed mushrooms with asiago baked on top
D. Crab stuffed trout, French green beans
S. Egg white patty, 1 slice bacon, fresh salsa
Totals 930, Carbs 48, Fibre 18, Fat 38, Protein 96
Have a good one everyone.

I love it! It is fairly new in Toronto since November. It is called 30 minute hit. You go for 30 minutes, 13 stations and it is an amazing workout. Equals 1.5 hours in the gym. It is similar to the way curves does things. Two minutes on each station, 1 minute of power hitting/kicking, 1 minute of speed hitting/kicking. It kits my butt every time I go but i feel so good afterwards and energized. And it is women only! All levels of fitness and all shapes and sizes no judgement, but the trainers do keep you on task!!!

Good morning everyone! CC, sometimes the best laid plans just don't work out. As long as you weren't keep your DH from doing his work from home!
Did 5 kms at the gym this morning in the cardio theatre, got engrossed in the movie, The Blind Side. I'm sure I've seen it before but its been a while and now after watching 45 mins this morning I need to see it in its' entirety.
Post Op 21+ mos
B1 - sm - med banana with 1 tbsp. PB
B2 - meatballs, I measured 5 oz but looks like I have about 2 oz too many, maybe eat them later on
S - Oikos key lime
L - brown bag lunch - egg salad on a Kaiser (I'll scrape it off and just eat it), carrots/celery, pickles, apple, cookies - I'll give the cookies away. Its a $6 lunch, but its for a good cause - the local church puts it on and helps support local programs
S - 3 oz roasted turkey
D - mozza/marinara stuffed chicken breast (M&Ms)
Totals w/o lunch cuz I wasn't sure how to measure that Cal 749, Carbs 45, Protein 111
Have a great day.
Best laid plans, you are so right, lol. Today hasn't gone any better. I have been to the pool and to yoga though.

Hello everyone. Did the group power class at the gym this morning. Now I am off heading to Orlando for 10 days. 5 days with family at Disney and then 5 days for a work conference. Will not likely post in here for the first half of the trip as I want to be really present with my children and stay off my phone. Have a great week everyone. Playing the food by ear and I have a ton of exercise planned.
