Good morning gang, and I thought I was late to the party! Its tough because I go to the gym first thing, like I'm up and out the door in 15 mins, and then when I get to work, I start my day and forget to come here.

Will try harder to remember sooner.

B1 - Premier Protein Shake

B2 - 1 egg, 32 gr egg white, 1 slice velveeta

L - chicken wings (5 if they fit)

S - 3 oz turkey breast (the real stuff, not deli meat)

D - haddock filet, coleslaw

S - key lime Oikos

Total Cal 1091, Carbs 45, Protein 111

I did bring an Asian pear with me today too. I might go and do a class at 530 tonight at the gym so we'll see.

Have a day everyone!

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Good morning Ginny and the rest of the Pouch Pals. Ginny thanks for getting us started. Winter Wonderland out there. That groundhog better predict and early spring.

DH called a snow day today, lol. I didn't go to the pool, and he didn't go to work. He's working from home this afternoon. Because of this the morning had a lazy start. The driveway did get shovelled.

I'm meeting a friend for lunch at a sushi restaurant later, and then going to the gym. I'll stop at the grocery store on the way home. Pretty much a low key day.

The eats today at 3.5 years post-op are:

B. Rivers of decaf throughout the day. I found a Premier Protein vanilla lurking at the back of the cupboard, so it is my creamer until I go to the store. I can only find the vanilla flavour in Guelph and I'm not planning a trip there for a while.

L. Salmon sashimi, miso soup. No rice.

S1. Crab stuffed mushrooms with a little Asiago baked on top

D. Crab and shrimp stuffed trout, French green beans. This was a roast that I bought in the seafood dept. Never had it before, fingers crossed.

S2. Egg white patty, 1 slice bacon, fresh salsa

Totals: 786, Carbs. 39, fibre 8, Fat 27, Protein 81 Might add a protein coffee at the gym

Have a great day everyone.

Good morning :)

Not too much on the go today. Did a few house chores -- trying to put the house back in order ;) DH asked me why the towels had been missing for three days. I had good intentions on the weekend lol.

Post-op two years, ten months.

Breakfast - crackers, Greek yogurt

Snack - crackers, maybe an egg

Lunch - chicken or soup

Nothing else is really planned at this point.

All water and vits.
