Hi Barb,

First off, your puppy is sooooo adorable! I'm jealous. I miss having a dog.

I hear you on the hair. I lost about half of my hair, but it's growing back now. I have 1-3 inches of regrowth. For some reason, the regrowth on the nape of my neck is longer than the regrowth boinking out from my part.

I didn't cut my hair short but had a few inches trimmed so it was a bit shorter (but still past my shoulders).

I find the long hair helps because it weighs down the new regrowth, so that only the bits on my part line boink straight out like a pin cushion, lol. I have to wear braids at night so that I don't wake up with the long and shorter hairs in a tangled mess.

My hair never stopped growing (nor my nails for that matter) and I think the calcium and vitamin C (edited to say, I meant Vitamin D) is responsible. My bangs need a trim every 3-4 weeks or they're in my eyes, and I've trimmed the length every 2-3 months because it gets super long.

Hang in there; it's not fun to lose hair, but it will stop. I was losing hands ful. of hair with every shampoo, but that has stopped.

I'm glad it's stopped for you. I know mine will eventually as well. I am just so lucky that I have so much hair to begin with. Nobody has noticed but me. However, I have decided to grow my bangs in, because they are just too thin. I've never not had bangs before, so this will be new.

I decided last year about this time to grow in my grey too...

So new hair do,

New body,

New dog

Yup...just rolling along!
