Not sure if these chewable prenatal ones would work? It's the Jamieson one a day ones (I can see it has Iron and Calcium and I thought they had to be taken separately?)

My centre gave me a list with pictures telling me what vitamins would be ok after surgery along with where they could be purchased. I ended up going online to well.ca and ordering what I would need for right after surgery. I happened to hit a sale and for everything I think it was $85, shipping included.

I still haven't decided on what I'll take once the chewable stage is over.

I think I got one of those sheets as well now that you mention it. I'll go dig out my folder.

I bought the Jamiesen chewables (not gummies) and they were around the same price as my regular mutivitamins, I was having trouble finding Calcium chewables that weren't horribly expensive and ended up calling the clinic to find out if I could uses liquid calcium, and they said that was fine. I think the whole purpose of the chewables is some people have issues with swallowing pills after surgery so the chewables make it easier. I was able to get everything at Shoppers Drug Mart and cost was only around $70 total.

Now the Protein Shakes are another story, I've been getting some samples, just in case I don't like the flavours, then will send my husband out to get the ones I like best.
