Good Morning! My muscles are still sore from Tuesday. I moved my training session from today until Monday because I play volleyball Thursdays and I want to be able to move tonight. lol I have to find my son a Western University sweatshirt to wear tomorrow so I have to go near campus (yuck) to grab one. They are going on a field trip to watch hockey tomorrow.
My food today is boring but it's what I'm craving

Another egg sandwich girl, lol. I was never this crazy about them pre-WLS. I can't stop at just a few cashews, just cannot be trusted. They may be in part responsible for some of the 5lbs I gained over Christmas.

If I didn't measure out the cashews I would probably eat a ton of them. Thankfully I have some self control over them! lol
I was disappointed in my lunch. I threw out half of it. I didn't cook the egg long enough and it just wasn't good. Hopefully dinner will be different. :)
Love eggs.

Good morning :) (almost not morning lol)
I had my first midwife appointment this morning and she was able to find the heartbeat for us. Ahhh!! It's much more real now. Of course with baby brain I totally forgot to take my paperwork from the Guelph clinic outlining the blood work I need, etc.
I went grocery shopping -- our fridge was a little bare. I might try to run a few more errands this afternoon.
