Opti-fast

Does anyone know if opti-fast still comes pre-made.

I've only ever head of it coming in powder form. You have to mix it with water. It only stays good for 4 hours at room temperature and 24 hours refrigerated. According to the info from my Centre which is Toronto Western Hospital.

Hey, did your referral to orientation really that long. I am looking at your signature and it seem so long. I have the same facility so am just asking.

Unfortunately, it did. I received a letter the beginning of May with a questionnaire that had to be filled out and returned within a week. The letter also contained my orientation date.

Dumb question, where/how do you add in the Signature info?

I'm having surgery Feb. 26 at TWH and my original referral was August 2016, so I'm probably the longest timeline.

You might not be the longest. I'm still looking at an 8 month wait before surgery. Hoping for a cancellation.

As for the signature, click on the gear thingy at the right, then click settings. You'll come to a spot that shows 2 tabs general and message boards. Click on message boards and there you are. Hope it works for you!

Thanks for the help hadn't looked there, for me the long wait had to do with BMI of only 38.5, but every comorbidity on the list.

Is it better mixed with milk or should I just use water?

I don't believe you are allowed milk.
