Congratulations, Amanda; you are doing so great!
I totally hear you on the shopping thing. I feel OK to shop in some stores, but others make me anxious, like I don't belong..but only once in awhile, and I think it depends on my mood. I'm pretty up and down and some days am full of confidence and feel like I could shop anywhere, and other days it's like my brain relapses to my pre op self and I feel insecure. It's weird lol.

Surgery Date: Feb. 1st, 2017

Thanks Kathy!
Our brains are definitely weird lol
I haven't done a lot of clothes shopping...if it has a plus size section I would be comfortable with it. Outside of that, not sure I'll be all that comfortable when the day comes when I have no choice to leave my comfort zones. Reitmens, and even Walmart is a comfy middle ground.
But I do get what you mean, some days you feel better about yourself then others. Our finicky brains!!
Amanda

Congratulations Manda!! This is a great, inspiring, honest post. Your accomplishments are amazing, as are your NSV's. The trials of the journey are a really important reflection.
Thank you for taking the time to write a "novel" as you say. I related to, enjoyed and was inspired by every word!!
