Optifast question

Not on it's own; I had to take restorolax.

Pre-Op Visit: Jan. 10, 2017, weight 304, surgeon: Dr. David Lindsay, St. Joe's, Toronto

1st Day of (3 weeks worth of) Optifast: Jan. 11, 2017

Surgery Date: Feb. 1st, 2017

Hi! Unfortunately I was one of those people who had a bad time with the Optifast - to say the least. I spent about 14 hours the second day vomiting from it, and refused to drink any more after that day. Chances are you won't have as bad of a reaction as me, but I would recommend taking a day or two if you can just to make sure.
