Finally.....they called!
I just got the call for my initial appointments. I see the NP/SW/RD on Feb 2! This is a lot sooner then I expected. I am so happy and nervous at the same time. Any advice on how to best prepare for these? I will be taking all my meds and food journals with me..is 1 week of food journalling enough?

I took one week with me to the dietician appointment and it was enough. She asked to keep the diary. Have they also booked your pharmacist and physio appointments?
I'm excited for you!

Thanks anncha! No they have not scheduled my pharm or physio appointments yet. Do they usually do them by phone? I wonder if I even need to see physio. I had physio last year to help with restricted movement from fibromyalgia and was given several exercises to help.

Century Club and Onederland in month 7!!
I saw both the physio and the pharmacist in person but I know someone that did the pharmacist appointment by phone.
It doesn't matter if you've had physio before they'll want you to see the bariatric physio. She's LOVELY and I would like to be her friend in real life :D. She will take measurements of your flexibility, they have you do a bit of a walking exercise (6mins doing a circuit in the hall of the hospital - away from patients). She'll talk to you about things that may or may not impact your ability to exercise post op and what modifications to make (if necessary) to make movement easier for you. This was actually my favourite appointment (I'm a weirdo with a favourite appointment lol).

Well they didn't mention them to me....darn I was hoping I wouldn't have to travel back again for a bit. Maybe I will be lucky and they will "stop by" while I am there. I am also hoping my vit D is up enough. I think I will go for bloodwork again next week.
