It's not surprising because, broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower all come from the same family of vegetables. If you've ever planted them in a garden, they all look the same until they start to develop into mature plants. Some people can't tolerate them - they make them very gassy. Sorry you are having problems with them. Hopefully this will pass. I think they are yummy!...and yes, again...I am extremely lucky in soooo many ways.

what an amazing difference already! You are doing great. I found the first 6 months really great for the weight shed ... even if it slows down, which mine has too, your body and shape will change. Around 6 months I started at the gym and I can do over 5K with no problem at all, I can do 45 mins on the elliptical with no problem at all, and I do a weight training program - I see a huge difference in my clothes, if not the scale. You are doing GREAT. I love what my nutritionist said to me once "nothing is ever off limits - moderation, plan, back on track when you have too many treats" ... this is the BEST tool ever and you are doing FANTASTIC BARB!!!!!!!
