Home now from TOH! Surgery went very well! :)
I Had the Roux N Y surgery done yesterday at The Ottawa Hospital and now home resting! Everything went very well and Dr. Kosalavari and the med team, nursing team and staff were awesome. I was in very good hands and the care they all gave was amazing. Even though I was up through the night I had no major pain and it was well controlled. Looking forward to this next chapter and will work hard with my new tool. I am so lucky to have this done and don't regret it. What a ride it has been and will continue to be! All the best to you on your journeys and see you on the losers bench!
