I'm glad that you have reached your goal, but as Monica said, give your surgeon's office a call. If you are in pain, don't worry about annoying the doctor in ER. Praying that you get answers and relief soon.

Sorry to hear you had to go through so much pain to get to your goal weight. The good thing, is they sound like they know what's going on now. I really believe its all about the doctor, you get some good ones and some not so good ones.
Hopefully you'll get everything resolved, and your 2018 can get better.
