One month Post-Op question

I hope you feel better quickly, Penny!

I found my immune system pretty weak in the beginning, so it was easy for me to catch things that were going around.

As for feeling full... I did not feel full at all in the beginning. I also could eat and eat... and had to watch my portions carefully. It was a couple of months I thin****il I really started feeling full quickly. Hang in there... that feeling of fullness will come, and you will be surprised at how full you feel and how quickly. It's coming!!!

It was similar for me...didn't feel hungry....didn't feel full. It scared me at first actually. So, now just over 3 months out, I do feel full, but not hungry. (I am secretly hoping that I am never feel hungry again!!) So, things do change. Just sticking to the plan...
