I had my Pre-Op/Pre-Admission yesterday at Humber. All systems are go for a week today, unless they find something wrong in my blood tests. I told her my husband would be with me as my family member and she said he could stay in the room with me overnight. Has anyone done this?

Thank you, was there a bed for him? I also remember that you are the poster who had her gall bladder removed with the RNY. Had you had any gall bladder symptoms before? I ask because I haven't, but every female in my family over 50 has had it out, and I'm 60. Also, did you have Dr Huynh?

Yes , there is a Chair that pulls out into a bed . And extra blankets etc. The rooms are very nice there ! We were very pleased . I did have Gallbladder issues before surgery. And so happy I don't anymore ! I had Dr. Starr.

Yes, he's a bit weirded out by it all, but supportive. I saw him thru prostate cancer, it's his turn now! I'm excited Kathy...but anxious too. I'm so thankful to have had yours and others on here guidance on my journey.
