Sooo cold in Ottawa! Me and the dog go out many times during the day. I'd rather have snow! :)

I am freezing! I'm in Northern Ontario and it's been -30 to -40 all week, with a ton of snow. I only went outside once, for about 10 minutes and had to come back in, even with my face covered because the cold triggers my asthma.
Inside, I am wearing my polar fleece pajama bottoms, a sweatshirt, fuzzy socks, and am swaddled in blankets, lol.
I'm drinking decaf in the morning, broth in the afternoon, and herbal tea in the evening to keep warm.

Freezing cold!!! I haven't driven my car in a week and it had a ton of snow. Went out today to uncover it and my fingers felt like they were going to fall off EVEN with warm gloves on! Thankfully I dressed in a lot of layers so my body and feet stayed warm.
Inside I wear sweatpants, my sweatshirt and fuzzy socks and a blanket or 4. I sleep with 3 big blankets and I have my 8 year old furnace of a son last night. I was warm finally! Lol
such a different feeling to always be cold.

I guess I am one of the lucky ones. I love winter and the cold is not effecting me at all. ....still the same.

Yes!!!!! I am cold all the time!! Sometime I have to to take a hot shower just to warm up. I feel like I am frozen to the bone sometimes.
I'm hoping, once I get to my goal weight and stablize my body will adapt for next year. I've always felt the cold a bit more than others around me, but this year has been bad so far. Even before the snow started falling.
Fingers crossed it will get better for all us, who deal with this.
