I am finally pleased with my progress
and it has really helped my self esteem
on top of that I bought my first xl clothing last week
I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday!

Congrats! I found 2tbs of quinoa or sweet potato with dinner and getting in some cucumber each day has really helped!
