RMR and BodPod Tests
There only issue I can see is if the width of the table was too narrow. It's a fair size. The also keep you in place like an MRI. You also have to remain still for 10-5 minutes. The part that scans the body is high up so that shouldn't be an issue. The BMR is way off - if I ate 1/2 of the calories they suggested I'd gain weight. If the amount of radiation is a concern for you, I was told it's equivalent to a transatlantic flight.

Truthfully, I would be afraid to eat that much, 3175 would put me back to where i was. I am a lot shorter than you (and older). You are a very smart woman and I know you will be monitoring your maintenance.

I said to Meg we should plan a get together in the new year. Maybe something in the spring when driving isn't an issue.
