You and I had the same day lol. Wednesday are my weigh in days too, and today, I am just below my lowest adult weight of 207 llbs. I don't know if my brain can comprehend this. This whole process since surgery til now, I just can't fully get my head around all this. I feel better, I know I've lost a lot of weight, but this process is so hard but so rewarding and the results seem almost too good to be true.
I still struggle with noticing my weight loss as a whole but whether my brain realizes it or not, my scale does.
Keep up the great work, and your only 3.5 out you have alot of amazing goals/milestones to hit.
This was a milestone for me, but outside of getting to my ultimate goal, cracking the 100s is next on my list.

Wow Manda, Congratulations on an awesome day too!!! That is an incredible milestone for you and you have done so super well since your surgery less than a year ago. AMAZING!!! Onederland is right around the corner for you. How exciting!!!
It is a struggle to see the loss, isn't it. Pictures are really what help me. I feel the difference more than see it. Others see it though... and my clothes, oh my clothes. What a change already!
